CBA Responds Quickly to Clients' Needs in Times of Crisis
Client Challenge:
A well-known local charitable organization needed to raise additional funds quickly after the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks to provide family support, bereavement counseling and provide immediate financial aid...even utility and mortgage payments.
CBA Solution:
CBA and the organization met immediately to map out a strategy and creative approach to prepare an urgent fundraising mailing. We determined which segments of the house file would receive the appeal. Speed was key to generating funds that could be put to use quickly to help victims and their families.
Copywriting, design, printing and mailing were completed in less than two weeks, which put 30,000 direct mail appeals in the mail. Over $120,000 in additional gifts above the regular mail program was raised to help the community relief effort provided by this organization.
