Convio®
Convio of Austin, TX has been very active in serving public broadcasting and educational organizations, and has earned a solid reputation. They offer software solutions based on a methodology that they call online constituent relationship management (eCRM), and have built their functionality through over 450 installations in large and small stations and schools. They offer modules for online fundraising, event fundraising, and advocacy, as well as email marketing software that mounts and monitors email campaigns complete with split-list testing, spam testing, and contributed content tracking. CBA is currently collaborating with Convio to develop a 2006 emarketing campaign for a major public broadcasting client, and is very impressed with their expertise and service.

Get Active™
CBA also recommends Get Active, of Berkeley, CA, which has a strong track record in helping important non-profit institutions to recruit, engage, and retain constituents. Their suite of online communication tools centers around a relational database, and includes modules for email messaging, fundraising, advocacy, community building, event management, and website management. Each of their modules include reporting capabilities that allow summary analysis of results as well as details on individual member interactions. Kintera®
Kintera is another organization dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations create and strengthen online communities with their constituents. Kintera’s product, Sphere, enables volunteers, members, donors and staff to share real-time data and information. The software resides on Kintera’s server and includes contact relationship management, community management, content management, ecommerce, communications tools, and various productivity tools. Campaign production, personalized communications, advocacy, and delivery of programs and services within the community fuel growth and promote your organization's mission. Kintera also hosts The Giving Experience, a public Website that offers donors many organizations to give to, plus information on each and on the social impact of their gifts.
