Maciej’s MS thesis in Economics was on trend analysis at the commodity exchange and his MS thesis in Direct Marketing studied Customer Relationship Management, concentrating on Loyalty Building – a key component in fundraising.
His name, pronounced "magic", is quite fitting. He magically turns mountains of statistics into critical answers to important fundraising questions, which ultimately guide decisions for future productive membership campaigns.
As technician and creator of the valuable and sophisticated reports, graphs and charts issued to CBA clients, Maciej’s work saves them money and helps them avoid making uninformed decisions. No one can afford to “wing it” these days.

Beside numbers, Maciej’s other interests include: swimming (he's a member of US Masters Swimming), bee keeping, photography and gourmet cooking. He and his lovely wife, Marzena have two young daughters.
