Carmen has more than 28 years of production experience in the nonprofit world. In the seven years Carmen Oliveras has been with CBA, she has transformed the company's production capabilities, producing and mailing more than 125 different PTV, library consortium, nonprofit and promotional sweepstakes packages per year, Carmen and her staff are highly professional, cost-conscious, and detail-oriented. Previous to CBA, Carmen worked for 21 years at CARE-USA, where she oversaw direct mail printing and production, and ran an international purchasing cooperative for CARE's overseas programs.
